Over the past 30 years, Frank Ghenassia, Syncratiq’s founder, contributed and led transformations during 6 industry revolutions. This exposure trained him to identify “weak signals” that must be recognized early, and use these insights to define how to lead transformations that enable companies to transition to new approaches needed to thrive in the new context. Perceiving these weak signals requires an open mindset to avoid discarding information that may not fit one’s pre-conceived ideas and concepts, combined with listening skills and the background to assess, filter and retain relevant information that needs to form the basis of the new strategy.
While most people specialize in one job profile during their career, Frank had the opportunity to lead in various roles: technical expertise, engineering management and product management.
